What size injectors for e85 and 400rwhp?

Guys,

I am possibly looking into e85 in the near future and am trying to figure out the right size injector for the 350-450rwhp range with e85. The car is currently running water injection and the current injectors (500cc and 1680cc) are running 80% duty cycle at 10-12psi. The car runs on an AEM and is a 88 TII with a turbonetics 62-1.

Thanks,
Case

In order to run ethanol you need about 20%more fuel so you need at lest a 600cc primary and 2100cc secondary.

Thanks for the reply. Actually I'm having 2nd thoughts already about e85. I know there is always downside to everything. My buddy just pulled his pumps on his GTR because his pumps weren't turning on. He found the pumps had overdrawn due to clogged filters/socks. The wires actually got hot enough and melted the surrounding padding around the wiring and toasted the wires. All due to e85 and how it clings to trash..pic below, only 2000 miles running e85... I know the positives are huge running e85, but this is a pretty big negative if you have to deal with this more often than not.

those filters look very old. not just dirty.

They only have 2000 miles on them with e85 and 9,000 on pump and were fine before the switch. I posted this info in the AI vs E85 thread so people can debate the subject. I'm all for e85, but want to know how this happened...bad gas station? Brand? Etc...

Get an ethanol rated sock

Must have been dirty in the first place. Been running E85 for 3 years now and everything looks as clean as the day I started doing it.
