Need some help Guys!
 

I called Summit and asked if THIS STUFF was capable of carrying E85 and the guy I spoke to sounded like he never heard of corn syrup. After placing me on hold for a few minutes he came back and said no it won't work:scratch: Someone please tell me he is wrong. This stuff is very inexpensive and easy to use.

So so what type of fuel line can carry AND be submerged in E85? I really don't wanna mess with ss braided hoses and I don't really want it submerged in my tank either.

OK, I just gotoffthe phone with a Russell performance tech. and he said their Twist Lok will handle carrying E85 noproblem. But he didn't recommend running it in tank.

I still think the summit would work just fine but I'll probably go with russell for peice of mind.(which i can still byfrom summit)

So the question still remains what can I run in-tank? IMHO i think the twist lok stuck will work, but I'mexploring my options so what doyou guys think?

i've used that hose for different things but never for fuel. i've also used Earls Pro lite hose and cause and engine fire, the hose just started leaking in the middle of the line not at the fittings. so after that i changed them all out to braided lines. spend the extra money and do it once. just my 2 cents.

The fuel injection hose that you can buy from the parts store will handle E85. I am using the parts store stuff (Goodyear brand from Autozone) on my return line.

Thanks Moremazda, I spoke with afew local"speed "shops and theyall said the non-ss braided hoses like the ones I posted above with work just fine. Thanks again for your input guys. Anyone else with input, fell free to speak your mind. :)
