Effects of 10% Ethonal 91 octane. Good? Bad?

So all gas stations up here in Monatan finally went to 10 percent ethonal in all octane ratings. I have to use shit 91 octane since that is as high as we get.

My question is I am about to start WOT full boost tuning on my Apexi PFC 62-1 S4 TII setup and am wondering what does this extra 10% of ethonal mean for tuning dangers?

Will it cause good or bad effects? I am shooting for 380 rwhp at 15psi and don't want to fuck it up. I'm already running conservative timing at redline but just want to see what others have found out about this hybrid fuel.

Thanks.

The Ethanol will improve the fuel's ability to resist knock if everything else is kept the same.
