Anybody try an AEM on an FC yet?

Hello people, anybody try to install an AEM on an FC using an adapter harness? I've asked this Q on the AEM forum but havent gotten any conclusive results.

Any opinions?

I dont' see why it wouldn't work. I'm using an AEM on my 3 rotor using the stock CAS. Just need to make provisions for the map sensor and misc connections.

I've heard of someone making a jumper cable to plug it in.

I've wanted to do this... Have not read much into how these EMS's are working on the RX cars.

A friend of mine will soon have a AEM in his 1988 FC. His racecar got flooded(as in, sitting in water) and it killed the ECU. So I'm having a friend make a jumper harness. Then he will come down and tune it. He is out of Portland OR but works for a different shop than HPFreaks. Although he used to work at TQFreaks before Sean sold it. Benjamin, you might know the guy, name is John R.

As soon as we get everything settled, I'll post on the AEM forums and here(if I remember).

Yeah, I know who he is. Interesting....

TF has an FC guy working there now. That's who I was going to try to work one through.

Would John be interested in producing them? Maybe I'll give him a call up and see what the deal is.
