What are you running for Base Angle?

I set this angle with a timing gun when I first installed my ECU and I rechecked it today - it looks good.
All the same, I'm wondering what numbers other people had to put in to make the timing marks line up. I would've thought that every car would be very similar, but maybe not.

I'm at 2.0 degrees and the light is dead-on the timing mark
How about you guys?

U got 2.0 degrees or 20 degrees because I think the mark on the fd pulley is 20degree. I assume u have a fd by your pic.

i have an FD
As per the setup instructions, I locked timing at 5/20 and then set the base angle so that a timing light connected to T1 would line up with the 20 degree timing mark on the front pulley.
I'm wondering how much adjustment was required for other people to get the timing light to line up with the mark.
For me it was 2 degrees

I didn't have to touch a thing and I'm dead on. FD with Direct fire.

With the FFE trigger wheel. I didnt have to change a thing. Just input FFE trigger wheel in the trigger menu. That was it. Checked it with the timing light it was spot on.

I'm using the stock trigger with stock coils (and HKS amplifier)

I'm using the stock trigger setup, but different coils.
Not to be "that guy" but check that you don't have any advance set up on your timing light and that the clamp is on the right direction, not just the correct lead. I clipped the signal clamp on backwards when I first checked mine and thought I had royally f'ed up my wiring because the mark was way off. I realized I had it backwards, ususally a little arrow that should be pointing toward on the lead towards the spark plug, switched the clamp around and it read dead perfect.

The base map came with 5* base angle. With the timing light on T1 and timing lock enable it was a bit advance so I moved the base angle back until 0* in order to get -20*. Rev up to 3000-3500rpm and it advanced a degree or 2.

FFE 36-1 with HKS amplified stock coils, I had to pull -12 Deg base angle to allign the FFE pin at 0 TDC on T1.
