rear rotor not firing in direct fire setup

Hello,

I am a bit stumped here, I just finished a rebuild during which i upgraded to a FFE trigger kit with hall sensor and switched to the Sakebomb direct fire coils, i am haveing problems where the front rotor will fire on cranking and can actually start the car but the rear plugs are not fireing on cranking, i am pretty certain my wireing is good as the #3 tests ok with using the ignitor test, but when it is cranking (with the plugs all out sitting on top the engine only the L1 T1 fire until i let go of the key, at which point the T2 ocationally fires, i have the trigger settings set to 13b with FFE/hall sensor (direct fire)
so i am wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what settings i may have messed up in my ECU to cause the 2 rear plugs to not fire wile the engine spins

running rx7 s8 select ecu

Just to clarify
1) i am running a single turbo with the Sakebomb IGN 1A coil system using the FFE 36 - 1 trigger and a hall type sensor.
2.) i have verified the trigger is picking up by slowly rotating the crank by hand and watching each tooth trigger on the ECU data window
3.) i have verified that IGN 1, 2 and 3 are capable of firing by useing the "ECU data" page (ign 4 is non testable on the select ECU's as far as i have been told)
4.) i have verified all 4 coils are working by switching them around just to ensure they will fire if changed to ign 1 and 2.
5.) i have the trigger settings page set to the "FFE 36 -1 direct fire RX7 which has automatically switched Aux out 1 to be the IGN 4 output

yet despite all of this, when i crank the engine only IGN 1 and 2 give spark on their plugs, 3 and 4 do nothing (accept on letting off the key occationaly ign 3 will spark (almost like a capacitor bleedoff)

Are you doing a visual test or just using a timing light? What happens when the car starts? Running on one rotor? Is the RPM reading normal when cranking? I have seen people get the wrong brackets before with certain crank trigger kits, and then they would not start etc. Whats the gap between your hall sensor and the trigger disk/wheel ?

Sorry I forgot to reply to this thread, I made 2 threads and guess I only updated the other one but I figured out that after reading for the 100th the instructions that although it says to use Aux output 1 for L2 coil you are not supposed to use the pin for Aux output one on connector 1 instead there is a wire on connector 4 you are supposed to use, anyway I switched them and it fired up and is running as good as ever. Moral of the story is I need to go back to grade 3 and re learn how to read
