Gauge Page

Anyone have any saved gauge pages they would like to share. I discovered I'm not very creative. lol

I really like this idea! This is what we did on the XDA forums way back in the day.

Post up your Gauge Pages w/ file attachment. :P We compare and make pretty ones together. Bahaha

I don't frequent the forum too much, so forgive me for lack of upload and file sharing ability.

I basically mirrored the stock FC cluster with some additional sensors. I love the large tach, front and center. MAP and AFR dials (with digital readouts left of these) in the upper right corner, above the speedo. Hope that makes sense. I also added a horizontal bar coolant temp under the gauges (similar with what my 370z has, which that car has a huge rx7 feel to it IMO).

Simple is nice, especially since this on a 10in tablet while driving (similar to what Turbosource did, they have a very nice set up, mine is a DIY). FWIW E420D usb otg connected to an Acer Switch One tablet.

I like what Eugene is bringing to the table. I like having the old school dials, AND having the digital readouts right next to them. It is the ultimate resto-moding.

Has anyone made anything nice looking?
I don't believe the ability exists yet to put a nice looking dash together within Eugene.
From what I've seen, you're very limited in the types and style of gauges available.
Hopefully at some point they open up the gauge design interface so the public can implement their own designs.
There's no reason the AiM MXS can look so nice on a 5" screen while the Adaptronic Gauge Page has to look like hot garbage on a screen 2, 3 or 4 times as large.

I think the important question is have YOU tried to make a gauge page. The software is free, and you can test it yourself. The one you linked is the one displayed by turblown, here is the one provided by adaptronic themselves.

The AIM looks nice because you are paying someone to make it look nice. The tablet displays and custom gauge panel is a tool provided to you to use.

I have yet to connect these into my ECU to ensure they are laid out correctly, or display the correct info (value limits), but this is what I have been working on.

One is a page for tuning, so I can see all information at once, vs. just a single ignition map or fuel map.
The other is what I feel is relevant information that I would like, but I think it is overload, as I have gauges, text data, and histograms.

The adaptronic screens you see is normally 10" because it is difficult to find a tablet that runs windows 10 smaller then that. There are some creative people, which have done a lot of nice things, like the below, which should give you an idea of what is possible, and explore.

I have Eugene and I find manipulation of the existing gauges to be straight forward
I was hoping someone had uncovered a way to reskin the gauges (or even the background) to allow them to be esthetic and more functional
They look a lot like a 90s video game, which is odd given how easy it is to digitally design a gauge face.
I got a reply from the Adaptronic devs, and sadly they have no plans in the near future to allow further modification (or reskinning) of the gauges/gauge page
If it were possible, I would have something nice completed within a couple days just fiddling with it in my spare time
If it ever happens, I'll post my results here
