E420D only firing 3/4 coils

LS coils
Set do direct fire
dwell at 4200

It only fires 3/4 coils

Any idea what could be wrong?

Hi beachFC,

Which coil is not firing (i.e. the 1/4)? Can I ask you to send me a copy of your current ECU file to tech@adaptronic.com.au and address it to me please?
