X-14 question. is this a jumper harness?

While looking at the schematic for X-14 in the manual PDF, the male side of my X-14 (jumper harness?) looks to be the AT setup and the female side side seems to be MT setup. The wiring on the female side seems to be right except where a white wire should be there is black/blue and where black/red should be it is black/yellow. it is also missing a blue wire that should be between black/red and green/yellow.

here is a pic for reference:

The male (AT side) of the plug is wired completely differently. I've read I need to retain this for the swap but this harness is hacked pretty good and wires were jumpered into another harness w/ wire taps etc.. I would appreciate any help I could get on what this harness is I have. it says "emssions" in the manual
.thanks
dave

I didnt read the post but yes there is a jumper harness. Took me forever to notice there was. If you need it theres a digram out there that shows the colors and the change over from one harness to the next. PM me

Dave,

Search my name for the conversion wiring from AT to MT (about 2003 timeframe). The engine harness that comes in with an automatic is a large blue and large white. This might be the white one. Not sure if it is X-14 right off hand. Some wire colors may be different due to differences in years or harnesses.
