Workshop Manuel

I heard these manueals really help out and I plan to get one. My question is that the dealerships around my city want $125.00 to $165.00
but I think I saw one for sale at mazdatrix.com for like $70.00. I'd rather get the cheaper one just don't know if it's the same book since there is a GIANT increase in the price difference. I drive a 94' R2.

p.s. Anybody that has the manueal right now...is it worth it?

Get it from Mazdatrix or Racing Beat. One of our wonderful rotary brothers also scanned the whole thing and sells it on CD, as well as posted it to a web page. Forget where; use "search" for the link.

Definately get a manual; it's invaluable if you're going to work on the car.

The 1994 Factory Workshop Manual is Online

If you would rather use your hard earned dollars to purchase mods for your RX7 than to purchase the workshop manual, then use the following link to go to a site that has the 1994 factory workshop online:

http://www.iluvmyrx7.com/Technical_I...ice_manual.htm

From this site you can download the manual to your hard drive, burn a cd, and/or print a hard copy.

I also have it and can send it to you for free via email. No need in spending money on this...use it for more mods :D

You can also get the shop manual online from one of my several sources:

http://opus.bloomcounty.org/~patrick/rx7/

http://www.anodized.com/~pbeckhel/rx7/rx7_manual/

http://63.194.215.75/rx7/

Werd. Don't say I never did anything for ya :) BTW, the .zip file contains both the shop manual and the pictures.

Stickied at the top of this forum are the 94 manuals. I know other sites have the 93s and 95s.

I think the FSM sticky needs to be bigger along with the SEARCH button!

Apparently FSM does'nt mean anything. Maybe it should be relabled "FREE FACTORY SERVICE MANUALS HERE, DON'T BUY ANY "

alexdimen Mar 29, 2006 09:14 PM

i downloaded and printed out the sections i needed and bound them :) i love free shit

specifically engine and transmission. it was 100-200 pages, but i wasn't paying for the laser ink/paper

the problem with the FSM sticky is that it doesn't immediately have a link for the 93 service manual... you have to look around in the thread a bit.

Thanks for the loose lips Alex. weve been looking for a reason to fire you. Theft of company clerical suppies is the most serios of our company policies. Adios. amigo

hahaha, i actually got a little spooked when i first started reading that. don't do that!

the worst part is it wasn't even MY job i stole it from. i haven't lost any sleep over it, though :).

i was thinking about doing it at kinkos... it might still be worth it if you end up saving 40 dollars, plus you could do both sides of the page printing... eh? i guess it comes down to the ultimate question: which do you have more of? time or money?
