Working Difficulty...?

I sold my Z about a month and a half ago and not now but in a few months time I'm maybe looking into purchasing another vehicle (toy). I've shopped around and I just can't find anything new that really appeals to me. I guess I'm turning into my parents liking the style of cars when I was in my teens as well....as most of the new cars just don't do it for me. I love the styling of the mid 90's sports cars...RX7, 300ZX, Supra, MR2..etc..

Basically I'm looking into RX7's, I owned a 2nd Gen GXE when I was 16, but at that time I was stupied and knew NOTHING about cars.

I try and do all the work on my cars, this means engine swaps, tranny's whatever. The Z was a MAJOR pain in the ass, I'd rather put 2 engines in my (daily)Sentra then do another transmition/cluth job on a TT Z. I guess I'm a pansy, but it was just a big pain....with everything be so tight fitted... My GS-T was cake, and my Integra was cake. So my question is, whats the working difficulty under the 3rd Gen Rx7. Is everything a tight squeeze and a pain to work on? Or would you compare it more to something like the Eclipes/Integra? It's been quite some time since I've (in person) seen under the hood of a 3rd Gen 7.

This car isn't as bad as the 300ZX(TT), but it isn't nearly as easy as something like an Integra. I've worked on a ton of Modular Fords...and I'd consider this to be a pain to work on.

My Integra daily driver is cake to work on compared to the FD.

The FD is plenty easy to work on. You just take it up to the shop give them the key then come back in a few days and bam all done.

But on a more serious note the space is very limited and everything is a tight squeeze.
