Wiring Twin Power without harness adaptor
Search has finally failed me.
I’m in the process of rewiring my engine harness and plan to buy a Twin Power. Is there any reason to buy the harness adaptor? It seems like a waste since I’m cutting into the harness. Does anyone have a wiring instructions / diagram? |
I'd just get the harness - this is one thing you don't want to have not work :).
If you need a harness, I've got a good used one I'll make you a deal on. Dale |

also, just FYI here is how it is wired on the 2nd gen (no harness is available for the FC3S): https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.p...1&d=1272347438 The way it works is that there's a plug and then that usually connects to either the flying lead harness or the plug-and-play harness. On mine, it has red, green, yellow, white, and black on the actual twin power unit plug. That connects to the flying lead harness, which mates up (respectively): red, yellow, yellow, white, black. The colors in the diagram correspond to the colors in the flying lead harness. |
