Wiring Harness AT to MT need to change?

hi guys! just planed do the Auto to 5 Speed Conversion !!!! i need to change the all the ecu and transmission wiring harness? and can i keep the at lsd? and Miscellaneous Bolts ,1-2 Gear Switch,Neutral Safety Switch,Reverse Switch
anythings importan i need to do?????plaese help!!! need make my car alive!!!

Yes you can keep the at lsd. and you can wire the wires let me find link for you
