Wierd boost problem

Hello and greetings from sweden :) I have a problem with my 93 FD3S. Its imported from japan and has a few aftermarket parts, intake, exhaust, bov and knight sports ecu. Its also a automatic, but now to the problem.. Ever since i got the car it has been generating abut 5-6 psi and has been running great. But a few days ago it flooded and i kinda drew out the batteri, so i took it out and got it recharged and unflooded the car. Now when i drive it the boost gauge only shows like 1.5 -2 psi but the car still runns great, i havent touched anything that has to do with the boost gauge.. So i thought this would be a good time to take a look at the vacum and preasure hoses. I found one that was plugged, the hose that goes fron the wastegate control acuator to the solenoid, and the "original" hose was just laying behind it. So i tried attaching it and took the car out for a spin. Now the boost gauge showed a steady 9 psi. But the second turbo wouldent charge upp.. It sounded like the car farted like 5 times per second when i went past 4.500 rpm.. I cant figure out why it behaives like this.. Hope someone else can :P

ps, sorry for all the text but i thought it would be better to splill out all the facts directly.
ps agian, i have been searching for about a week and i havent found a thread with this problem.. But i have tried..

Have you tried debugging it with this page?

Yeah, ive overlooked that page, but the secondary turbo runs just fine when the hose is plugged.. I just think its strange and was wondering if anyone knows why it would act this way.. Thanks for your reply thogh :)
