Who sells the driver's side Feed light cover?

It is in this pic, but I have never seen one...but would like to purchase one. It is possible this is custom made.

That comment is patronizing at its least. Import fan does not sell the Feed replics for the drivers side, just a *promised* CF passenger side replica.

What would have made your comment worth while and made me eat my shorts...

Fumanchu - You linked me too a pasanger side cover. I am assuming you don't know either or you would have instructed me to request the driver side cover when ordering from JT. No option was on his buy it now page bye the bye.

Just curious why would you want it on the Drivers side (US)?

Just on a side not, a lot of pictures that people take get mirrored so when they put them on their webpage they wont get in trouble for copying pictures.

Other then that I have never seen one for the left side of the FD

The pic couldn't be mirrored, because the cover would still be on the pass. side, just the other side of the page.

I have a pass. side already, and scoot hood...so the vent over there would give it all symetry.
Proven fact: symetical things are more appealing/pleasant to the human mind. And so my car would be more pleasant to me;)

Yes. It could be (and most likely is) mirrored. Then it would be a RHD with the cover on the correct side. The cover isn't "Passenger Side", it's "intake side" which just happens to be passenger side in US (but not in Japan).

Raj- considering the ridiculous price charged for that little piece of plastic, you would probably be able to have a good body shop modify your existing steel cover for about the same money. Unless you want to be able to see your lighted headlite thru the plastic cover. At least that's what happens to mine, painted red. Glow-in-the-dark cover at no additional cost.

I stand corrected. They are plastic. They are somehow different, because my FEED cover allows the headlight to cause the cover to glow when the light is on. Vinyl or some other plastic instead of ABS??

Suggestion still stands. Charging over $100 for a six ounce piece of plastic is ridiculous. A body shop could cut and mold a bump and add a grill to the stock cover. The way the FEED cover is marketed gives the impression there is come kind of ductwork that comes with it, not just the exterior cover.

So...the only reason you want the FEED headlight cover on the driver's side is for symmetry??? Because performance wise that doesn't make sense. Since the intake is on the passenger side. It would be non-functional. I guess it would enable more air to get to the engine, but not anything noticeable.

i agree with the guy who posted. though it might not be functional it would definitely look better. if you didn't know that they only made the passenger side you would think that whoever had it on their car only half assed it, and was too cheap to buy both sides.

Mahjik and JT are right....it is mirrored.

Dubcaps - I get that stupid question all the time. But, it just points out to me that I am not the only one thinking my car is un-symetrical.

Ron A. - I considered having the hump added to an extra light cover I have, but the chances of them being exactly alike is slim, ya' know? They would look the same, but would'nt be oriented on the cover as perfect as if I just bought a FEED cover.

rajeevx7----Nothing wrong with being symmetrical. It does look better most of the time. Like the RE-Amemiya ducted lights, I dont like it with just a duct on the right side of the car, I think it looks better with both sides. In the light cover case, I think it looks good on just one side, I mean like mentioned if you have enough drive and you want to spend the cash you could make it. I have the same light cover on my car (close) and I never even thought it didnt look even.....
