I imagine that you might win this contest. I purchased mine in April of 1996 (2nd owner).

1998 bought a 93' MB touring / $12k 56k miles. Still have it & running (2nd motor) till now!

About to hit 10 years. A far cry from 20, but who`s counting? :)

Yep, not even in the same decade. But as previously stated, and like most owners.... I wish I would have owned it from the beginning... However, I was 13.

The original owner of my CYM picked her up in Atlanta in January of 92. I Bought her Nov 2001. As others have said you probably take the cake.

Who has had their 3rd gen on jack stands the longest. I have my '94 (that I bought new) on stands in my garage since July of 1999. I bought another '94 and have been driving that one ever since... I really need to make time to do something with that car. Probably when I retire.

wow. March of '92 is going to be a tough one to beat. So you bought it before it was made? When did they first arrive at the dealerships? I remember they were out in 92 but forget what month.

Oh yeah for me not even close as I bought mine in 98.

October 2011 motor just got here this week after $12,754.72 of mods

Nov 1998 for me, dealer leftover. I still have the original motor & twins-never rebuilt.

Bought mine in 2000 with 32k on it has 52k on it now....

Damn...few can beat that record. I'm the 2nd owner of mine and I bought mine in October of 2000...

I've been in debt for over 3 years, now. ;) But, this isn't my first FD. I've had 5 since I was in high school.

My FD has been on this forum longer than I have!

Got my first one in July 2001, this one in July 2009.

My dad.got his FD around 2002 and got mine at 2009
