who has the HKS carbonfiber ti catback please read

i have the HKS CF ti catback on my car right now and the rear hanger near the exhaust tip is firmly fitted on my hangers. my problem is this. the ring that holds the exhaust canister in place is too big for the can. i kno you can tighten the bolts down to close the hole up but the bolts are alreay tightened to the max. my exhaust just vibrates in the hanger ring and moves around alot. is there anyway i can get the exhaust to sit firmly in place?
thanks

That's weird, I have the same exhaust and it fit perfectly fine.

Try putting a few tiny washers where the bolt screws into the braket ring so it'll decrease the amount "extra space" that you're having.

I got rid of my R/B dual for it, because I thought it would make a little more power. That exhaust fits terrible, comes out crooked and looks like ahonda exhaust. I haven't even started the car yet, and already miss my R/B dual.

I actually prefer that slight angled look from the exhaust. It sounds great, looks great and fits great.

BTW, Honda exhausts come straight out the rear, not slanted.

Mine fit perfect. I was impressed with the quality, and now that I'm use to the extra noise I love it.

I would like to see some sort of heat shield between the bumper trim and the mufler tip so it could be mounted up a bit higher and not hanging so low.

My exhaust also fits pretty tight...but i have another question...i'm planning on putting on the RE rear diffuser that goes underneath the exhaust, but the Carbon Ti exhaust hangs really low...is there a way to make it hang higher? i was thinking about taking the hanger to a machine shop and have them cut part of the hangers off to make it shorter...any other suggestions to make the ehxuast hang higher?

Not to flame or anything, but go look at the true japanese tuner cars in japan and you will see that the majority of those come out a little crooked. Especially on the Skyline GT-R:D

I have had no problems with mine. Try Getting a hold of HKS or the store you bought it from and maybe they will have a new clamp for ya.
