When was core of M2/ASP large IC updated?
I'm thinking of buying a used M2 large and am trying to make sure I get the latest core. I searched but can't find any information on when the update to the latest core happened. And is there any way to visually check to determine if an M2 large is the latest design?

Perhaps comb through some of the old scc project fd issues? or maybe PM kevin wyum. I have one of the newer style m2 large cores, I could always compare pics of the cores for you :)

The SCC article that mentions the upgraded core is here:
http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/pr...a_rx_7_part_9/ This article is from 1999/2000. I thought the 'new improved core' described at RX7Store.net was referring to an even more recent update, but perhaps not. 'New' seems a bit of a stretch here. |

If it's not, I know where you can get a guaranteed new kit... :D |
