What's wrong with my car???

I have Apex'i AVC-R installed on my car like 1 yrs ago.. it worked fine till yesterday but today even primary turbo is always lower about 2 psi then i set.. like if i set 10psi it only boost up to 8psi... also i boost is kinda going jump'n up and down when pass 10psi... it barely made to 10psi even though i set 1BAR. secondary seems fine.. but only primary... any idea?? maybe vac leaking??

thanks!

could have a boost leak, could have worn turbos, could have a faulty valve on the avcr....theres a bunch of things that could affect it.

I would check the hoses first but I dont' think that is the issue saying your secondary turbo works fine. I would assume that your turbos need replacing.

just checked all the hoses..

yeah i think my turbo is bad or something.. just checked Y pipe and intercooler pipe.. and most vac hoses.. looks like time for single turbo...!:) secondary turbo pulls over 10psi though... werid. thanks for replyin!

Keep in mind the primary turbo is smaller, so if you have a split or popped off hose, the primary will be affected more. I'd bet you lost a hose.

You might also check the pre-spool door is pulled shut tight, or you could lose boost on the primary this way, too.

Nope. Both turbos are identical Hitachi turbos.
