What to use to polish tight crevices?

I am polishing my intake manifold but having a hard time trying to get inside thigh crevices. What do you guys use? Manual sanding? Please tell me this isn't what I have to do.

yeah, manual sannd woudl your best bet, i know people who've hand polished whole manifolds by hand...

you could try a dremel.

Nice thread title!

I think the Dremel is the way to go.

I am using a dremel but I don't think there is a sanding bit small enough to get inside the tight crevices.

stick your cack in there and use it to get in the really tight areas..

no... seriously, might as well do it by hand.. it's not like it's a huge area, and it's not like someone's going to be sticking their heads in the "tight crevices" (heh..) to see if it's shiny. If it looks "good enough" in the obscure areas, you're fine.

You can use sand paper with small drill bit and sand it sideways. It works for me. You can also use a dremel with small sanding bits.
