What power should I be making on my current setup?

So recently I've had a big falling out with the shop that build my car over myself being screwed over multiple times. Anyway I'm at the point now where I've taken the cars to other shops and had them go over the car briefly to compare what's on the invoice to what's on the car. With a few bits coming up short/non existent.

Once the car is back from the new shop I'll be pulling some of it apart to check everything over.

But all I'm trying to work out currently is what kind of power the supposed set up I was sold should make and whether the tuner/builder purposely limited it as he knew it was built with half assed parts.

The car currently makes 377whp on a dyno dynamics on 15psi on 98 (Australia equivalent of 93)

However this is the build

Extended port 13b (new housings and seals)
Precision 6466
GReddy vmount and radiator
Adaptronic modular ecu (apparently had an issue with the haltech 1500 so had to swap)
3.5 inch dump to 3 inch smb
600hp iignition system
Twin walbro 460lp pumps
Seimens 2400cc secondaries
Bosch 2000cc primaries
Ffe fuel rail
All lines are braided
50mm Watergate
Low mount manifold
All e85 friendly lines (apparently)

It's currently not on e85 but tuner doesn't want to push it past current figures, but have been told I should expect higher numbers.

Any help appreciated

You are good there with those numbers. 15 psi on pump gas without Water injection should me your limit.
Your tuner is right, dont push it anymore on pump gas.
Remember DynoDynamics dynos generaly read low. Dynoyet dyno number will give you about 15% more whp.
What apex seals did you get, if you dont mind me asking?

Yeah just wasn't sure but cheers for that.

Just E+J seals I'm pretty sure

On pump gas that sounds like a reasonable figure. If you tune for E85 you'll get more out of it though.

I see what your concerns are with the output numbers. I mean there are cars with stock twins pushing around the same power. With stock twins, most all bolt ons and a street port i was putting down 331whp on a mild tune. I just built the engine and upgraded the fuel system to e85 with a walbro 485 fuel pump, 1300cc primarys, 1700cc sec so my numbers will be nearing yours on stock twins. granted my setup will be much less efficient compared to a single turbo. I just cant justify going single just yet considering i see fds with single turbo set ups and they are not pushing all that much more than my twin set up.

Maybe you are comparing to fd's running pump gas with no water single turbo set up. The OP set up just need e85 20 -24 psi and bucle up.. Rocket ship on wheels...!
Can yours do that?..
Every build has its objectives.

Sounds pretty solid. I think if you increase the boost and retune the car you should make a lot more. It seems the car is capable of a lot more especially with the setup you're running.

Did you stud or brace the block?

numbers sound right
