What mods do I need...
 

To make a rx7 into a drift car? Yes I know it sounds cruel to want to drift one of the most beautiful cars ever made. (Sorry i'm talking about the FD) I don't have a FD yet but, I want to know what I should get once I get my hands on one. Oh and is there a way I can get a US FD to have the lights like the later Japan FD's? (In other words is there a kit for it.)

Best advice to you is read up on previous threads. This question has been asked and answered numerous times. Use the search button, you'll find what you're looking for. Also, there are ways to convert US lights to Japanese spec. Also, you can just intall J-spec lights.
