What front bumper is this!?
 

hey guys i came across this FD with a front bumper i have never seen before and was wondering if any of you guys knew what kind it is.
the pic is from a 7-7 meet in japan so im guessing its only available in japan but so is every other good body kit that needs imported into the states.
