what turbo setup, how much boost, how much power?

You had as might as well ask us, "What is the best outfit for me to wear today?"

We need more info man. There is no 'best,' there is always a give/take with parts and mods for these cars.

How about:

Stock port motor, single turbo (GT40), all supprting mods (fuel system, ignition amp, pullys, Power FC, V-mount). I am making around 360whp @ 12psi.

I do plan on upping HP and of course boost in the future. Had the car tunned by steve kan with stock recomended plug configuration to start. Wich we cahnged to 9's all around, I beleave.

Waht would you suggest for this setup, Goodfella?

PS how is you charge pipe setup going?

running 9's all around is good with what you have.

i run NGK bur9eqp (factory trailing plugs) all around.

i have a FMIC, DP, HFMP, CB, PFC, SS UD Pullies, 255 Fuel Pump, 1200cc secondaries and 550 primary injectors and i occasionally run 14psi and run 10/11psi around the streets. i am running with a safe rich tune, and have not fouled out the plugs. i am however changing them out before my next road race just to be on the safe side. so for factory twins and BPU, id say NGK 9's all around are fine.

If you want a good race plug, ive heard the HKS Iridium S-Series Super Fire Spark Plugs are great. For the FD RX-7 they offer a spark plug with a heat range of 9 for the Leading Plug and a heat range of 10.5 for the Trailing Plug. they are $29.97 each, which is why i dont know how the performance or longevity is. for the price, ($40 a full set), i couldnt beat the factory 9's all around.
