Weird idle problem

OK, so I went through the huge pain in the ass of replacing my spark plugs and wires today.. Everything works, it makes good power and all..

But my idle is messed up. It pulsates from about 1000rpm-1500rpm and sometimes up to 2000rpm (about every second or so)

I THINK I got all the hoses and wires and everything..What could be causing this problem?

It's not a huge problem..just weird, and I'd like to figure it out. No check engine light or anything.

BTW: Isn't there supposed to be a gasket between the intake elbow and the throttle body?

Idle?

I am sure there is an "O" ring around the edge of the elbow on mine. Also, did you happen to disconnect the cruise control linkage. When I put my engine in I routed it the wrong way to the throttle mechanism and a cable was pushing on it making my Idle high like yours? Just a thought.

Do you have the coolant bypassed to the throttle body??
