weird boost pattern?????? please help
 

just installed an autometer comp boost gauge. ran the car. at wot in first and second gear the boost would climb to about 10 and then drop all the way to zero!!!!!!!! and stay there all the way up to about 100 mph and the car won't pull as hard. then when crusing in third or fourth if i nail it the boost would go up to 10 again and then drop gradually back down to zero again
:( just got the car about 2weeks. planning on replacing the hoses with silicone..... would that solve my problems or do i have major problems with the turbos?????? any input is greatly appreciated.

Mine's doing it after a hose job. I did break the CRV solenoid. I repaired it, but it could be the problem.
