weird boost pattern
 

whell sometimes when i got wot i look at the boost and it does do a 10 8 10 sometimes even 10 8 11 and goes back to 10 but today i noticed when i went wot when it was doing its transition it went 10 im not sure if it went 10-8 or 9 then like spiked to im not sure because it was so quick 14 or 15.. and my mods are

intakes
downpipe
aftermarket exhust still have the stock cat
removed air pump
fluidyne radiator

i mean wouldnt the fuel cut have happened if it went that far?? any info would be nice
