Water and air temps reading lower than actual

Hi guys, i just installed a second adaptronic modular ecu into my fd after having an issue with the first one, and now my water and air temps on the ecu display read approximately 10 degrees celcius lower than ambient when engine is cold, and about 20 lower when at operating temp.

When i first turn on the reds the correct temps display for a split second, then drop instantly to the lower temp.
Also i notice when i put my foot down a bit while driving it suddenly makes the temps jump up to the correct temps while im keeping the throttle open, but once i back off they drop down instantly again.

Any idea what could be going on? These temps all displayed perfectly with the previous modular installed.

I also notice the wideband readout on the ecu display is now 1 - 2 points higher than on my wideband gauge. These were identical before with the previous modular.

Appreciate any help,
Cheers guys

Sensor itseld or sensor scaling settings in the ECU

Would seem strange that 2 sensors would both become faulty at exactly the same time and in the same way

hence it is probably a setting in the ECU.

I hope so. just discovered that with the reds on if i push the accelerator, the temps then drop a further 3-4 degrees, then go back up when i take my foot off the pedal.

TPS, IAT and water temp are all 5v sensors, sounds like a potential short in the ECU. Try contacting adaptronic.

All sorted , Andy came out and made some modifications. Was due to the auto trans having some additional wires in the harness which caused some conflicts in the new ecu.
Cheers guys
