Want an aftermarket radiator....

Hey guys,

Im looking for an aftermarket radiator, for the best price....and I am thinking of calling on this one Intense Power Clearance What you think? Good buy.....Anyone else have a better deal?

That price sucks. $449 for a Koyo? I would never pay that much. I got mine at Rx7 Store for $380 shipped.

Depends how much you wanna pay MazdaComp/Ron Davis is best of best, then Fluidyne/PWR, then Koyo. Just fitment wise. Koyo is the biggest.

Oh my bad you have to click on it to see the clearance price. $399 shipped isn't the best i've seen anyway.

I mean common if you hunt for lower prices like 20$ differential and are buying from some no face Ebay guy what is it gonna be for the good people in say 2-3 years?

Unless you plan on tracking the car in 90+ degree weather, just get a Fluidyne or something similar. For street driving, there won't be enough to notice what a larger radiator can do. In some cases, it can cause the car to run hotter (like in stop and go traffic).

dradon03 06-20-06 06:59 PM

Hence the Mazdacomp/ Ron Davis' advantage?

Have a look at the second rad:
http://www.radiatorworld.com/radiato...no=15107&cat=1

Only $220 and from what I understand it's about the same size as a Fluidyne...
