Volk SE37A on Spirit R grey '93

Hi All,

Due to request, I'm posting some pics of my new Volk SE37A on my 7.

I bought these from leatherface24, who's been nothing short of an awesome seller! :)

Enjoy.

nice ride! love the titanium gray metallic!

sonix7 11-17-05 12:34 PM

oh I thought it was a real Spirit R. Nice color though.

FD-BOOST 11-17-05 12:39 PM

Looks real good man, I like the combo rims/color.

cabaynes 11-17-05 01:12 PM

KungFuMonkey 11-17-05 01:15 PM

Do you have any close up picture of the rb catback from directly behind thanks

afgmoto1978 11-17-05 01:16 PM

That's the color combo I'm going after. Looks sweet!!

Touge Monster 11-17-05 01:26 PM

Looks real clean :)

prrex4ever 11-17-05 01:31 PM

Sweet! Like everyone else is saying, the color combo is awesome. Congrats, good choice in wheels.

Stanello 11-17-05 01:33 PM

One of the nicer ones I've seen. Nice car!

Sgtblue 11-17-05 02:24 PM

Wheels look great. Also reminds me of how nice these cars look w/o a wing/spoiler.

JDK 11-17-05 02:40 PM

Looks good Howi

Compilez 11-17-05 04:23 PM

That looks wicked!! Definately love the color combo. Damn the FD is so freakin sexy wingless! :)

sonix7 11-17-05 04:25 PM

yep, mine is BB and wingless. It looks mean. I also love the look, made it hard to get a spoiler.

YoshiFD3S 11-17-05 04:32 PM

I like how low it sits.

What size tires are you running on the front and rear?

FC3S.USD 11-17-05 04:39 PM

Very nice, looks soo clean and sexy.

I see you have moved on from the FCs

SayNoToPistons 11-17-05 04:52 PM

scratchjunkie 11-17-05 06:47 PM

se37a's rock ;)

r0t0r-rooter 11-17-05 07:01 PM

As others have already said, it looks very nice BUT I'm curious how well your fenders are holding up....
From what I remember of Leatherface's thread, the offsets were a little off.

jic 11-17-05 07:09 PM

nice setup
what kinda suspension are you on?

Howi 11-17-05 10:31 PM

HOLY CRAP I can NOT believe how many replies there are!!
Thank you all very much for the compliments; they mean a lot to me. :)

I'll try to address all the questions you guys have:

they're 18X8.5 at the front, and 18X9.5 at the back, offset is 36mm for all 4 (so I was told).

this is the closest I can find:

225/40/18 for the front and 255/35/18 for the back, Potenza S-03's

yes sir! I've definitely prepared myself before purchasing an FD. I built my FC from an empty chassis, which makes maintaining a clean, rust-free FD a joke! I mean, once the rats nest is outta the car, it's ALLLL good! :)

Yes they do. The TE37's have always been my dream wheels until the day I laid my eyes on the SE37A: lighter, prettier, forged, monoblock, and the same manufacturer! They've been my dream wheels ever since. But they were discontinued from Volks so I thought I'd never get a chance to own these wheels in my life! Until I saw leatherface's thread..... :)

ya the offsets are a little off, and it has already rubbed the fender once when I went over a bump slightly too fast. But this is due to the poor suspension set up that came with the car: H&R springs w/ stock shocks. This combo is a comfortable street setup, way too comfortable for me. Once I get a set of coilovers it'll fix the problem.
