Vibrate on clutch paddle issue need help
 
Hey all,I recently change new flywheel ,pilot bearing ,pilot bearing seal , still using my old clutch exedy stage 1 HD only use for 4 moth seen new throw out bearing and frok are new. When car sit in idle if i put my foot on the paddle i can few it vibrate if give it gas the feel of vibrate increst also but when i push it to engage in gear vibrate are gone lift my foot up it vibrate.What can cost this? I'm sure i got every think install as it should torque flywheel to 300 flb install pilot bearing and seal with pilot bearing tool and grease it,align clutch with clutch align tool bolt pressure plate on and mate the transmission to block take a few try for this though.Any one ever had this issue? or can lead me to look for thing to check.

I've seen a few defective pressure plates that wouldn't sit even against the disk causing the exact problem. Could also be the paint some clutch manufacturers use causing the pressure plate to bind over the dowel pins in the flywheel or incorrect/uneven torqueing of the clutch bolts. Check the wear on the clutch disk, flywheel, and pressure plate. If its uneven chances are one of the above is going on.
