Vacume solenoid not making sense

Where is the 'Turbo control' solenoid that I have circled in the pic?

Its tells me that 'E' is the Turbo Control solenoid (the one right above it with the blue hose)....so is there 2? And what colour plug in do I use on the circled one?

That looks to be the one which is normally bolted to the ACV.

plug is black...and yes there are two turbo solenoids
