Urethane bushings anyone?

My Tein HAs were making the rear end act really weird and at times scary. In my quest to make my car hadle better, I had the HAs in the rear rebuilt. New aftermarket toe links and trailing arm. Mazdaspeed diff bushings and new pillow balls with seals. The shock mounts are fairly new. After the shock overhaul the rear feels a lot better but the squishing noise is still there. I originally thought the noise was comming from the shock. I am going to replace the rest of the rubber bushings to get rid of the dam noise. And to tighten up the feel of the rear suspension.

I am debating between the urethane ones or the oem ones. I dont want to use delrin in the control arms. The mazdaspeed ones are too dam expensive. I dont drive my car often but when i do i like it to have fun with it. I will probably end up getting the urethan ones, since the are cheaper. And i want to try them out. But it would be nice if i can get some driving impressions from the people that have had them installed. If anyone has any reasons why i should not use the urethane ones, please speak your mind. And dont tell me to use delrin. Delrin is not for everyone.
