Twin BOV or just single??
sup guys,
i just want to know whats the diffrent between twin BOV and a single BOV, and which one is better for preformace. thanks alot. |
twin bov= show
single=best |
Twin BOV's add about 20HP over one BOV on twin turbo setups and a bit more on single turbo setups. Its been proven by butt dyno testing because the noise is twice as loud!!

The funny thing is that was typed with no sense of sarcasm what so ever. I bet if I didnt write this he would take you seriously and actually think he would get 20hp. ROFL!!! |
2 is always better than 1

It's best to put it as close to the TB as possible.
|

i prefer 2 though, i dont think i can handle more than 2..it would be just a waste.. |

actually its quieter with 2 bovs cause you just reduced the air pressure through each hole by 1/2. ;) and my 2 bovs give me 21 extra ponies |
Actually FD's come stock with two BOV's :eek:

Some cars, like the 300ZX actually require 2 BOVs since they have two separate throttle bodies...(if I'm not mistaken) |
