Turbo question/oil smells like exhaust

I have been noticing low boost on my secondary turbo shortly after my engine was installed. It seems to max at 9-12lbs depending on the tempeture. I have checked all of the vacume lines and have found nothing. When my new engine was installed Zavier at the RX7 Store said the secondary was leaking oil. I changed my oil tonight and my oil smelled like exhaust BAD. There is also condensation on the oil cap all the time and i am not loosing any coolant. So my questions are, is it time to go single? Could I have missed a vacume line? The primary boosts up just fine. Is it possible to check a turbo's health by itself (pressure test ect)?

BTW I have PFC and Profec B for boost control

And I guess I should tell you my mods. Full open exhaust, intake, M2 IC and pineapple racing large raceported motor, along w/ fuel mods.

1. Condensation in the oil cap is not unusual.
2. have you checked the intake and post ic piping for oil residue? (a large amount in either set of piping indicates turbo leakage).
3. How is your oil consumption? (not including track days)
4. 9-12 lbs is not a horrible reading but when you say the result is "temp dependent" do you mean coolant temp or oil temp or air temp or ambient temps?
5. Bad secondary numbers can point to a lot of things including vacuum lines, solenoids, actuators etc. but none of those things matter if you are leaking oil through the turbo and there is only one fix for that.

Oil in the IC, intake (especially the intake) or piping is a recipe for disaster. Although it is unlikely, a engine compartment fire is not impossible as a result of leaky turbos.

Single or upgraded twins seem prudent expecially since Zavier diagnosed the problem.

My oil consumption is fairly normal, and there is no oil in the IC pipes. The boost that I hit on the secondarys is air temp dependant. Primaries will hit whatever the Profec B is set to. I am just wondering why my oil smells like exhaust.
