Trick to removing Turbo Actuator Control clip?

Hi guys. I've been fighting with this clip for like an hour with no luck. I'm in the process of getting the turbos out and this bastard is blocking me from getting to the front oil outlet pipe. What the hell is the secret?!? Any help is seriously appreciated!

You mean the clip that holds the arm of the acctuator to the flapper arm? Doesnt that just pop right off? Go get a screwdriver.

Yep, a small flathead screwdriver and some PB Blaster to loosen it combined with a little force should pop it off in a matter of seconds. Be careful not to break it, but if you do it's not the end of the world.

If you still haven't budged it, I found that a tiny flathead can wedge in behind the clip. Then yo ujust twist and separate. But it can be tough and resilient.

No worries guys. I got it. It was actually very simple once I figured it out. I just found the picture in the manual to be very misleading.

Now I'm just fighting with the bolts holding the turbos on. I got like 4 of them, the last one cut me up getting it loose, and on the next one I broke my Socket wrench. DOH! Guess I'll be making another visit to Sears tomorrow.
