Took off turbo's what else to check?
I took off my turbo's for some R&R. I replaced my 2 coolant lines on the turbo's. The vaccum lines are still in good shape from a previous "hose job" Is there anything else I should look at?

after you let the car sit for a day or two, dry spin the motor with a wrench/breaker bar on the main pully bolt (turn it right, not left)-- if water comes out your exhaust ports, maybe its time for a rebuild :) even if u dont have the bad coolant seal symptoms, i didnt either, i realized i had a leaky coolant seal when i did this, so i rebuilt my engine around this time last year so my summer wouldnt end early next season.

I never heard that, that is a good idea! Ill look into doing that. So you turn it clockwise as you stand in front of the car.
On a side note Im going to port the waste gate also. |
I'd go ahead and do new gaskets for the oil return lines while you have the turbos out. If it's been a while, maybe a new LIM gasket as well.

port the waste gate if needed? dont over tighten the studs to the oil feed return... i did once because im nub and set the torque wrench wrong... stud broke...

I take it you can get the full set of seals for around 150?
