Too Loud... How can I make it quieter?

I have an open 3 in exhaust. Its just way too loud as a daily driver, especially when driving down the highway.

Is there any way of reducing the noise without sacrificing power?

I have tried placing a couple of blankets in the spare wheel well in the back. That has helped a little. Anyone have any other ideas?

What kind of cat-back? You can get quieter ones, with optional silencers.

Place a HI-Flow Cat-Converter on the MP.

Borla XR-1 resonator

There is currently no silencer or high flow cat. Its completely open. Its important to me to not introduce anything that will hurt power.

Get rid of the mid pipe, or put a silencer on it.

First, I would try a resonator in the MP. That should quiet it down some...or at least get rid of the droning that some people experience. That will not rob much horsepower at all. Putting on cats or silencers will make a noticeable difference in power.
