Throttle Body Bolt Holes?? Pic

Throttle Body: are these "empty" bolt holes supposed to have something in them?
I can't remember whether there were bolts there or not. Wondering if they could cause any type of leak open as they are.

Thanks for any help.

no, your setup is fine

they may be there for some non USDM cars for something else, i have never seen those mounts used ever, even on JDM long blocks.

I THINK I saw a JDM throttle body with a bracket on there for the cruise control or something. But, they aren't a leak, don't sweat it.

If it was a leak, you could pretty easily tell by shining a light through and see if it opens up inside.

^This is correct, its a bracket that supports the cruise control throttle cable. Both my RHD FD's had them.

JDM Cruise bracket, not a possible leak.
