Think my motor is done also
had to turn up the idle on PFC all the way just to keep it idleing and it sounds like a horse is galloping. not sure if it's blown but if it's not i dont know what the hell will fix it. any input besides compression check. has anyone here had a galloping rotary that wasnt blown. i know i have a lot of horsepower but to acutally hear them makes me scared.

Make sure the vacuum line going to the MAP sensor isn't disconnected, maybe you have a vacuum leak somewhere, or maybe your TPS is out of wack or disconnected. There are a number of things that can screw up your idle other than a blown motor. Also if you have a PFC commander make sure you didn't switch the PIM volt setting from the default setting.
