Testing the map sensor
 

Though my PFC my voltage on it is .08, when i unplug it the voltage goes up to 4.85. when i was trying to test the sensor with a volt meter and i dont have a pump so i'm be sucking and blowing(keep it clean) on the vac line and i cant get any of the voltages to change on any of the 3 pins. does anyone have any suggestion.
