Of course your problem may be alternator, starter, wires, battery (old or shitty). |
Mine (~49K miles) starts on the 1st or 2nd engine revolution, warm or cold. :bigthumb:
Mine always starts crisply with a stock ecu, it takes several cranks to start with a PFC.
mine 164000ks, stars within 1-3 secs every time without a hitch ( was rebuilt at 131000ks)
mine starts every time at about 2 to 3 revolutions :bigthumb:
There's nothing nicer then waking up to a nice, quiet, peaceful San Diego morning.
Then fire up the old 7 and wake up the whole neighborhood and set off all the car alarms... doh! Mine starts right up on first click with a little gas. |
mine starts at 1st or second revolution and that is with a single and PFC
2nd revolution every time, without fail :)
Mine has never, ever had trouble starting except when a coolant seal was leaking. Heck, even after I blew an apex seal it would still start right up :p:
It starts fine, but sometimes Ill get that "clicking" sound which I believe is the actual ignition itself. I am going to do the s2000 push button start and hope that it fixes it.
turn key ON...hear lots of beeps/clicks/fuel pump priming...CEL lights up, holds couple seconds then shuts off...relay click, fuel pump stops priming...press engine start button, (have no idea how many times the engine rotates, not excessive) fires up...idles at 1300rpm until coolant is above 150F, idle drops to 940rpms.
when hot, same thing, push button, fires up (no excessive turning), shoots to 1100rpms and quickly settles to 940rpms. single haltech FD (DIY engine build too) |
