Surge problem with stock FD

I've got a cyclical surge at anything higher than idle; it's almost as if the timing is being retarded every five seconds if I have the car at steady throttle, under acceleration it runs fine. It's not quite a "buck", but a definite drop in rpm, then back to normal, then a drop, then back to normal - about 100 -150 rpms.

I've done a search but it seems all the posts are for cars heavily modded, or with aftermarket ECUs. My car is totally stock with original everything. I recently had adjusted the TPS and that lessened the problem some, but it's still there. Could I have screwed up the idle adjustments?

seems like something simple isnīt working properly like injectors or spark plugs...
take a look at them first before you start bigger investigation!

See if your car is throwing any diagnostic codes. That would be a place to start.
