no, but it does connect to the flux capacitor.

actually i think it says boost sensor on it....i'll go look for you


Edit--mine says "sensor - boost" on it. Its not known as the "boost sensor" though.

Now I am confussed.

You do a search for Map+sensor+location and you get pictures pointing to the boost sensor. I thought they were the same thing with many people calling them both.

Go look at the MAP sensor. It actually says "SENSOR BOOST".

In essense, the answer to Ball Joint's question is "yes", but users on this forum seldom refer to it as the boost sensor.
