strange electrical problem...NEED help please

Hey guys I have been working on the car for almost a year now...doing a single turbo and changed just about everything else as well. Today I hooked up the battery for the first time and was planning on programming my new injectors into the pfc...then try and start her. There is some very strange stuff going on with my electronics. First of all I'll turn the key to the on position and I'll get the usual annoying 5-10 beeps...you know the door open beep. Then the beeps will stop but after about 10 seconds of quite the beeps come back except now its actually one continuous super annoying beep. My autometer air fuel gauge is also jumping all over the place, when before it did not. This is all with the key just turned to the on position. My commander, which I have never used before just stys with the apexi logo and thats it...no amount of pushing buttons changes the original screen. Its the new commander and I have the old PFC...so it may not actually work for me (I don't know but was told it would). I also think all of my warning lights, including the exhaust temp light are on. I don't remember if that was normal with the key in the on position. The only strange thing about my set up is that the O2 sensor seems to be rubbing on the firewall and possibly the wire is even exposed and rubbing as well...can't really get my head in there to see. The air fuel ration gauge jumping makes me hope that that is the culprit. Do you guys have any ideas? Thanks

it sounds like all of those things are normal. The warning lights and overheatlight etc are on with the key to the on position

also, try unplugging the commander when the car is off and then put it back in firmly and turn the key to the on position again. That is what happens though when the versions don't work together it just goes to the apexi screen and cant get past it. If thats the case id leave it unplugged.

your air fuel guage has a part thats grounding out or the connections are loose
the one super loud annoying beep is the coolant level sensor add some coolant

Also ive heard of a lot of people get their car to start with the wrong primary injector settings in there. If you floor the gas pedal while cranking it probably will start and run like shit. Im not sure what you are trying to do but if its to drive it over for tuning you might be able to just raise the idle a little and it wont stall until you get to the tuner. Id also premix about 1oz for every 2 gallons since your car has been sitting for a while and because your running really rich

like we talked about just dont floor the car at all maybe half at most and if you dont get into positive boost you cant hurt the engine with the wrong a/f in there or maybe slight timing problems...

what about the continuous beep...it beeps for a few seconds then stops then after another 5-10 secs has one long continuous beep that will go for 20 minutes if I don't take the key out of the on position. Is this normal and its been that long that I just don't remember it...or I never actually left my key in the on position that long?
Anyone need a newer commander? $250 shipped...

anyone have an older commander they want to sell or trade for the new one?
I missed where you said its the coolant level sensor....once again you know your shit. There no coolant in the car yet.
