Starting mods?

What are some good starting mods for a 3rd gen.? I still want to have a while to think about a turbo(s) upgrade. Basically what are some good mods that I should start with?
BTW: first post I'm new.

Go through the FAQs post at the top of the forum. There is an extremely large amount of valuable information in there if you follow the links. That is where pretty much everyone starts out.

as usual, first mods = reliability mods, check out the archives for plenty of info on this aswell as staged mods etc.

once you're ready to upgrade, check out gothamracing.com, for staged upgrades to have an idea
