Starter gone bad?

PFC says the voltage/battery is fine, so that's not it. i was able to push start it w/ no problem though. i turn the key with clutch all they way in and nothing. stuck starter maybe? and how much should a new one cost for the FD?

You're ignition switch is probably loose or dirty. Do a search, this is a common issue.

I had a similar problem- turns out the plunger of the clutch switch on the firewall is engaged by a plastic grommet that sits in a tab extending from the side of the clutch pedal arm. My plastic grommet broke, so when I pushed the clutch in the plunger just stuck through the hole in the tab. If that's the case, you can just push the plunger in with your left hand with the clutch pushed in. I put a bolt through the hole in the tab with washers on either side and haven't had a problem since.

vibration cause the ground for the starter to get loose. I paid for a new one. I have a good used one. PM if you like to buy it.
