spark plug socket size?
I've tried searching to no avail, so please no flaming. My spark plug socket is too small, anyone know what size they are so I can pick one up tomorrow?
Side Note: My car just "quit working" the other day, ran and drove fine for well over the year I've had it, but just decided to turn over but not start. I think my ignition might be fried (coils, plugs, wires), but am not sure. Anyone have ideas? Oh yeah, I already tried the "flooding" fix, and that didn't work. Thanks guys |
Well I see two options. One, push start it, drive it for a while to let it warm up, bring it back to your driveway, turn it off for a while and let it sit. Then try to start it again a little later. If it works, it was probably flooded.
Two, go through the entire starting and ignition system and find the bad piece, assuming there is one. I'd choose option 1 first :). |
i'm pretty sure it's a 13/19. any good deep well will work, just a little hard to fit ur hands in there sometimes

13/19 =??????? Try the standard 13/16 deep well .

20.6mm socket.:D

yeah 13/19 lol
13/16 the deepest socket you can find....no extension and take out the rubber shit inside the socket have fun :D |
my bad, i was in a hurry when i typed that. 13/16 would be correct. if anyone can find a 13/19, please let me know as it'd probably be the only one in existence! lol
