Sources for pillow-ball bushings

My local Mazda dealer quoted me a price of $73.50 ea. (x6=$441 plus tax) The RX7 club fellow who describes the replacement says he paid $54 ea. Anyone know of other, less expensive, sources?

The least expensive place to buy them would be from Ray at Malloy Mazda. Give him a ring. And if I were you, I'd buy new dust caps too. I think I paid like $369 for 6 pillow balls and 12 dust caps last month.

Sometimes you can find them cheaper on Ebay or on the forum's classified section.

I found them here on the forum for $250 shipped for all 6 pillow balls and 12 dust seals, but I got a killer deal.

Ray at Malloy is your best bet, tell him you are from the rx7club. his # is 888 533 3400.

Quick question while we're here. Can someone explain to me briefly the difference between pillowball bushings and the bushings for sale in the Delrin Bushings Groupbuy?

Are they replacing different things or are they two different types of bushings replacing the same thing?

They are different parts. A bushing flexes, and a pillow ball rotates like a spherical bearing.
