Assuming you have an unlimited budget......on a 13B what is the BEST turbo for a single turbo setup? Greddy T100??? Will it spool? Or a Garret Ball Bearing Turbo?? What is the best setup??

You have to ask yourself first what is your car gonna be used for.
Different needs- different turbos.
